Product Description

Sweetened halves banana chips are made of the varieties of cardava. These are produced from mature green bananas, which are properly classified or selected, peeled, washed, sliced into half, fried in refined bleached deodorized coconut oil, sorted, and dipped in sugar solution. The banana chips are fried for the second time in coconut oil, packed, metal detected and stored in ambient temperature.
